The problem
Advisors often have clients with rental properties, but the analysis is scattered across tax returns, spreadsheets, mortgage data, depreciation schedules, property documents, and planning conversations.
That makes the work harder to explain, harder to review, and harder to repeat across households. The value is real, but the workflow can stay trapped inside one advisor's notes unless it is turned into a clearer system.
What I built
- A SaaS workflow for property intake, rental analysis, tax-aware reporting, and client-facing output.
- Property-level analysis views for income, debt, expenses, risk, and planning observations.
- Scenario and projection concepts for comparing cashflow, return, debt, sale, and hold assumptions.
- Advisor-facing reporting patterns that turn property data into client-ready planning conversations.
- Document and tax-data workflow concepts for reducing manual transcription and review friction.
My role
- Product strategy and workflow design.
- Domain modeling for rental real estate planning.
- Advisor UX, reporting logic, and client conversation framing.
- Founder-led product management across discovery, design, build, and iteration.
