CFP® · Founder @ REWealth

Financial planning for real estate investors and the software behind it.

I work with investor households at REWealth Financial Planning. That practice produced REWealth Reports, my rental analysis software for advisors, and PlannerXchange, an advisor tool marketplace I'm building. Firms also hire me to consult on the same problems.

REWealth Reports

Advisor software I built for rental property planning. Upload a client's tax return, review the extracted Schedule E data, and build a structured portfolio with property analysis, household rollups, rent-to-comp checks, and reports.

Select consulting

I take on a few consulting projects a year.

Most of my time goes to REWealth and PlannerXchange. But if your problem sits where planning, product, and AI meet, that's the space I work in every day.

01

Advisor AI Enablement

I built the masking layer my own firm uses, so AI work starts from masked data instead of raw client records. I help RIAs evaluate use cases, data handling, human review, and implementation risk.

02

AdvisorTech Product Strategy

I'm both an advisor using these workflows and a founder building software for them. I help product teams test whether a feature fits real planning work before they invest in the build.

03

Real Estate Planning Systems

I've encoded Schedule E review, depreciation, REPS, cost-seg timing, and rental analysis into software. I help firms make that work more consistent without removing advisor judgment.

04

Workflow Automation

I help teams document and automate repeated, document-heavy work. The goal is a workflow people can review and maintain, not an opaque AI shortcut.

05

Fractional Product Work

I support discovery, requirements, testing, and the translation between advisor needs and engineering decisions. I can work across both sides because I do both jobs.

About me

A planner who got tired of spreadsheets.

I spent years doing rental property analysis by hand for planning clients: pulling numbers off Schedule E, rebuilding depreciation schedules, and modeling refinances and sales in spreadsheets only I could maintain. I wanted a workflow that was easier to review, repeat, and hand off. So I started building it.

That became REWealth Reports. Along the way I also built the AI infrastructure my own firm uses, including a masking and minimization layer between source systems and AI-assisted workflows. I'm a CFP® first, but I ship code, and that combination is what this site is about.
